Fascinating residence obtained from an ancient 'dammuso', a typical construction of the Pantelleria island, which consists of a main structure in the shape of an L and of two annexes. The furniture is refined and essential, complete with ethnic furniture originating from Afghanistan, Indonesia and India. The house is surrounded by beautiful outdoor areas, equipped terraces and patios in various styles, ideal for spending the summertime afternoons. Evening illumination, also obtained by candles and oil lanterns, create a beautiful scenic effect that - together with the panorama, the lights and the atmosphere of the place - contribute in creating a unique and charming whole. The swimming pool, which isn't visible from the 'dammuso' but nonetheless nearby, is located in a beautiful position, and is equipped with an outdoor hut, perfect for eating or relaxing in the shade. Main house Living room, Moroccan alcove, dining room with two arches that opens out to the outside, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and private patio, 2 small bedrooms each with small double bed (120 cm) one of which with a small private patio, 1 bathroom with shower, equipped Tunisian-style patio, patio behind the house. Due to the particular structure of the 'dammuso', the bedrooms and the bathrooms have private entrances directly from the garden and do not communicate with the rest of the house. Guest house "Il Sonnellino" 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 small private bathroom with separate shower, private lawn with a stone tub. Guest house "La Mora" Kitchen with private patio, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom with shower. This unit has private access and private parking. EQUIPMENT: TV, video, telephone, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. OUTDOORS: Garden with outdoor shower, vast outdoor areas and equipped terraces, swimming pool (7.5x15) (5/5-27/10). On the island there are no beaches therefore the property is not suitable for children under 1O years of age.
